Machine Operator
Machine operators take care of any machine-related functions. They ensure that the machines are operating at its full capacity. They also perform machine maintenance and quality checks from time to time, especially when needed.
Quality Control Inspector
Quality control inspectors ensure that incoming and outgoing items are according to the quality standards of the business. They do this by conducting tests and other quality control measures
Supply Chain Coordinator
Supply chain coordinators oversee the overall production process, from sourcing out raw materials to delivering the final products to the customers. This job also includes coordinating with various suppliers and ensuring that ethical standards are met in the process.
Maintenance Staff
The maintenance staff ensures that all machineries and equipment run smoothly and are well-maintained. They also perform basic cleaning activities and minor repairs.
Warehouseman
Warehouse workers are responsible for doing tasks from receiving items to dispatching them. This includes unpacking, arranging, storing, preparing, and loading products safely and in an organized manner.
Fabricator
Fabricators possess a wide range of skills in order to create various tools or components that make reliable and efficient machinery. Their job also includes aligning components that will help them accomplish the assembly process.
Production Encoder
Production encoders are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all encoded and recorded production-related transactions. They should know how to properly organize information for easier processing of data.
Delivery Helper
The role of the delivery helpers is to load and unload items from the company. They are also responsible for ensuring the safety of the items as well as the accuracy of delivery records and reports. Their job may also include engaging with clients/customers so having a pleasing personality is a must
Forklift Operator
Forklift operators are responsible for loading and unloading heavy materials in the site. Their job may also entail accomplishing documents related to inventory or production records. They must be qualified to operate heavy machinery to ensure safety in the area.

- Responsible, punctual, and with clean record
- Must pass drug and alcohol test
- Possesses efficient time management skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
