An executive secretary is responsible for maintaining the agendas, appointments, and meetings of executives organized. They ensure that they are updated and well-informed with their schedules. They are also responsible for handling phone calls, maintaining records, and they also assist in various administrative tasks.
Human Resources Manager
The human resources manager oversees the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff in the organization. Alongside this he/she handles compensation, employee benefits, training and development, and workplace safety. He/She ensures that there is a healthy relationship between the management and its employees.
Office Administrator
Office administrators provide support in different administrative functions and they supervise other administrative members. They may be tasked to organize different files, scheduling meetings, and keeping office services efficient and coordinated.
Operations Officer
The operations officer ensures that the day-to-day activities of the organization are in compliance with the policies, procedures, and rules set by the company. They also handle any issues with regards to business operations and help provide solutions that ensure exemplary customer service.
